Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as “data”) is processed by us only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered therein.

  • to obtain confirmation as to whether data concerning them is being processed, to access the processed data, to receive further information on data processing, and to obtain copies of the data cf.Art. 15 GDPR);
  • to request correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (cf.Art. 16 GDPR);
  • to request immediate deletion of their data (cf.Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is required according to Art. 17(3) GDPR, to request restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR;
  • to receive the data concerning them that they have provided and to have this data transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf.Art. 20 GDPR);
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that their data is being processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (cf.Art. 77 GDPR).

Furthermore, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed about any correction or deletion of data, or any restriction of processing pursuant to Articles 16, 17(1), and 18 GDPR.This obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, users have the right to information about these recipients.

In addition, according to Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of their data if it is processed by the provi- der pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In particular, objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is permitted.

III. Information on Data Processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations and unless otherwise specified below for individual processing procedures.

Server Data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or our web hosting provider via your internet browser.The so-called server log files record, among other things, the type and version of your browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the pages of our website you visit, the date and time of access, and the IP address of the internet connection used.

This data is stored temporarily but not combined with other data from you.

The legal basis for this storage is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving, stabilizing, maintaining functionality, and securing our website.

Data is deleted after a maximum of seven days unless further retention is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, data may be exempt from deletion, in whole or in part, until the final resolution of an incident.
