General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
(1) These GTC apply to all digital course offerings and digital content of

– hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” –
(2) The sale is carried out via the platform Digistore24 as a reseller.
(3) These GTC govern the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Customer with regard to the content-related services (course content, usage rights, etc.).
2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
(1) The purchase contract for the digital product is concluded with Digistore24.
(2) Digistore24 sells the product in its own name and for its own account.
(3) The Provider supplies the course content and provides the professional service.
(4) By completing the order via the Digistore24 order form, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by Digistore24.
3. Subject Matter of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the purchase of a self-study course – Digital Painting – Landscapes.
(2) The course consists of digital learning content (PDF lessons available for download).
(3) The course is a self-study course without personal supervision, unless expressly stated otherwise.
(4) No physical delivery will be made.
4. Access to the Course
(1) Access to the course is granted as a download after successful payment via Digistore24.
(2) Access is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
(3) The Provider reserves the right to block access in cases of misuse.
5. Rights of Use / Copyright
(1) All course content is protected by copyright.
(2) The Customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use exclusively for private purposes.
(3) In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Sharing access data
- Reproducing or distributing the content
- Publishing the content on the internet
- Selling or sublicensing
(4) Commercial use is permitted only with the express written consent of the Provider.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
(1) The processing of withdrawal requests is handled via Digistore24.
(2) The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- The Customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- The Customer confirms that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
(3) This consent is given during the ordering process.
7. Liability
(1) The Provider does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or economic results.
(2) The content serves to impart knowledge in the field of digital painting.
(3) The Provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(4) In cases of slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
8. Technical Requirements
(1) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that appropriate technical requirements are met (internet connection, software, device).
(2) The Provider assumes no liability for technical problems outside its sphere of influence.
9. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
